St. Catharines Location: Our St. Catharines clinic is located inside Kevin Lunn Salon at the Stone Mill Plaza. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk, and one of our nurses will come to greet you and escort you to your appointment.

Oakville Location: Please note that our Oakville clinic is our new boutique location. The full address and location details will be provided once your booking is secured.

🤎Booking Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. No charges will be made at the time of booking. After scheduling, you will receive an intake form via email. Please complete this form prior to your visit.

If you booked for a complimentary consultation and you missed your appointment with no 2 day notice or “no showed”, please note a deposit will be needed to book again with us.

If you are feeling unwell or have received a vaccination in the past two weeks, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

🤎Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 2 day notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.      

•Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 2 day notice will incur a 50% fee of the service booked. No shows will also result in a 50% charge of the service booked.   

🤎Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 5-10 minutes late, we may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment to ensure our schedule runs smoothly. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
