📍We are located in Oakville: Please note that our Oakville clinic is a private, boutique location. The full address and detailed directions will be provided via email and text message once your appointment has been successfully booked and confirmed.

Booking Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. No charges will be made at the time of booking. After scheduling, you will receive an intake form via email. Please complete this form prior to your visit.

If you booked for a complimentary consultation and you missed your appointment with no 2 day notice or no showed, please note a deposit will be needed to book again with us. If you are feeling unwell or have received a vaccination in the past two weeks, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

We kindly ask for 2 day notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.      

-Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 2 day notice will incur a $50.00 charge to the card on file. No shows will also result in a $50.00 charge.  If you are more than 5-15 minutes late depending on your appointment, we may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment to ensure our schedule runs smoothly for the next clients. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
