🤎Booking Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. No charges will be made at the time of booking. After scheduling, you will receive an intake form via email. Please complete this form prior to your visit.

If you are feeling unwell or have received a vaccination in the past two weeks, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

🤎Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.      

•    Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.     

•    No-shows will also result in a 50% charge of the service booked.   

 •   Exceptions will be made for illness or emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

🤎Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure our schedule runs smoothly. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
